Refund/Return/Cancellation Policy
Return Policy:
🚨All Sales are final, no Refund our Exchanges available due to safety reasons. We do not offer refunds (if items are missing then you will have 24hrs to report it to us via instagram and email with pictures with original packaging shown with all contents received and or videos as proof).
Defective or Broken items:
📬For any concerns with manufacture defect or missing stones, all our packages go through a 2 step process ensuring all products are present and intact/inspected & ready to be shipped. If your item has been broken during shipping process, Please contact your local Postal Service to file claim, all our packages are Priority & is insured up to $50.
Custom or Bulk orders:
🧾 We do fullfill Bulk & Custom orders, please message us on Instagram with your request, please supply pictures & qtys needed.
ProcessingTime:
⏰ Depends on workload and amount of orders, usually we can process orders within 2-4 days.
Rush Orders:
⏱Rush orders are accepted for an additional fee of $15 and will take precedence over all other orders, your order will be processed first and sent out by Priority Mail.
Looking for Certain Charms:
👀Charms not yet posted, please supply picture & we will see if we have on hand or will get for you, however payment must be made first.
